    Assistant Concierge

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle residents’ check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way
      Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide local information/activities and resolve problems arising from residents
    • Ensure high level of residents’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with residents
    • Co-ordinate with external service providers to meet residents’ needs
    • No overnight duty is required

    Requirements:

    • Degree or diploma holder, preferably in hotel or tourism management
    • 1 year’s relevant experience in serviced apartments, five-star hotels or front line customer services
    • Pleasant personality, customer oriented and detail-minded
    • Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Fresh graduate will also be considered
