    Terms and Conditions:

    1. The Promotion is valid from now till to 31st December 2025 (refers to “Promotion Period”).
    2. The Promotion is applicable to the UnionPay Credit Cards and ATM Cards imprinted with the UnionPay logo (refers to “UnionPay Card. Qualified transactions must be settled via the UnionPay network.
    3. The offer is applicable to new lettings only (not applicable to renewal or relocation cases) and the lease term must be between 1 to 24 months.
    4. Cardholders must use a valid UnionPay card to pay monthly rent to Gateway Apartments in order to enjoy the offers. Pacific Club credits will be offered to the eligible cardholders after they signed all leasing documents, settled all initial payments and paid the first month’s rent.
    5. Offers cannot be changed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
    6. All information and photos shown are for reference only.
    7. To get the Offer, direct bookings must be done through Gateway Apartments.
