    Concierge

    Our professional Concierge team is committed to providing Residents with the highest degree of service, regardless of which language they are most comfortable speaking. The team is available to assist Residents in making travel, theatre and restaurant bookings and can help you to navigate your new home with an experienced hand.

    Housekeeping

    The personalized Housekeeping services of the Gateway Apartments go beyond merely making sure that each apartment is kept spotlessly clean. Each apartment has a specifically designated Associate to ensure both familiarity and privacy. The ultimate priority of the team is to make sure that Residents have a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

    Security

    The top-notch, 24/7 Security team knows that the most important consideration is always the safety of Residents and their families. The team of devoted security experts provide access control and intrusion detection. Most of the members in the team are licensed first-aider and certified Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operators to ensure Residents' peace of mind.

    Technical

    Our professional technical team is on-call at all times and will respond quickly to any repair & maintenance requests. The team is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to ensure the apartment is well-functioning and in tip-top condition.
